    We contacted Tom about a problem with our oven after some very negative responses from other repairers, a so glad we did. He turned up when he said he would, he proved to be very knowledgeable explaining what the problem was and what was needed to fix it. We now have a fully functioning oven and have no hesitation in recommending Tom to others.

    Tom, VERY efficient and took time with this oldie to explain as he worked what he was doing. We had waited until the part was ordered then he booked the time and came on time. Paid the total cost that he had quoted before hand. He is very personable and tidy in his work, and he was happy to talk to me at 82!! (that's me not him) Ha!
