    I cannot fault anything that Mark did at any stage and we are delighted with the result. Right from the first assessment Mark helped us understand what was possible for the best result which was more than we had hoped for. We are extremely happy with the result : the quality of workmanship (an impressive smooth and glass like finish and carefully finished edges); the timekeeping; cleanliness and value for money.
