  We asked Mark to fix our leaky roof, which he did. He kept me up to date with photos to show the progress of the job and explained very clearly exactly what he was doing. He pointed out some other repairs that were needed but didn’t try to push us into anything we didn’t want to do. He is very knowledgable and professional, he is also very tidy and leaves no mess. He is very reasonably priced and a nice, polite courteous man. We would definitely recommend him, he is now our new “go to “ roofer! Thank you Mark.

  Came to look at the work he needed to do, his professional opinion and gave us a quote instantly. When he started the job, it was super quick and efficient, like he wasn't even there. Very respectful and if there were any findings that he saw, he would let us know and would give his opinion as to how severe these were. He would also constantly double-check to see if we were happy with his work before he left, great communication would only do extra fixing after asking and giving permission. VERY VALUABLE

  Have used Mark before for roofing work - honest, reliable and excellent communication. Best for me is that you get a fix and a root cause, and all options to remedy - so the job is done properly first time rather than multiple visits! Recommended and I would not hesitate to use again!

  M.H. Property Services replaced my leaking kitchen felt roof. Mark was very open and transparent about the potential work that was required, what he could achieve and what it would cost, with additional optional extras, which turned out to be valid. And that was what was charged. Mark was very hard working and put in three full [8 hour] days work to complete the project. I found Mark to be very trustworthy and genuine, with a 'can-do' attitude to do the right thing for the customer. I would use M.H. Property services again should the need arise and would recommend.
