• Exterior and Interior work - great job

  Currently revamping a house I have just purchased, it required some work on the roof, fascia’s, soffits, guttering and interior wall knocking down and old insulation being removed/replaced on one wall. They came recommended by my plumber and didn’t disappoint. The standard of work was brilliant and if there were any unforeseen issues they took the time to explain my options. I felt completely comfortable letting them access the house to get on when I was away/at work. I will be using M I Roofing and Building Services again in the future and will happily recommend them to anyone.

  Matt and his Team are always punctual and leave the place tidy every day they work very hard and do an incredible job! I would recommend them to anyone I know I am so happy with both rooms the workmanship is 10/10!! Thanks Matt and Dan! • Foam removal and new roof

  Matt and Dan carried out the work over a few weeks, keeping us informed about any problems that occurred, cleaned up every day and worked solidly all day long. They were on site everyday as they only have one job that they work on at a time and will not start another job until the job on is complete. I would highly recommend them.

• Damp Issue and a leak

  Was very happy with the work carried out by Matt. Had an issue with a leak and some damp issue. The leak was due to a hole in the lead flashing, the damp was caused by an issue with the felt on the flat roof. Matt came round to have a look and was back out 2 days later to carry out the work. Very professional and the speed from quote to works completed was very good. Would recommend

  From initial quote to end of job Matt was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable, he explained the processes at each step and he and his team were punctual, reliable and very hard working. They left everything clean and tidy and have done a great job. Would 100% recommend.
