  • Removing row of conifers and reducing crown of cherry tree

    Mike and his team did a brilliant job at removing an overgrown and unloved conifer hedge. It was probably at least 4 meters tall and between the garden shed and neighbour’s fence. The whole thing was taken down to ground level with no damage to the shed or fence. All the hedge had to be taken through the house to be chipped as there is no external access to the back garden. I mention this as Mike’s team left everything really clean and tidy. You would not know that a large hedge had gone through the house ! Thanks for everything

Hi, my name is Mike, the owner of MJ Tree Services London LTD. 

I have worked in the arboriculture industry now for 20 years. Myself and my wife manage the office, I personally do all the quoting, site visits, and I’m on site for the work we carry out, if not climbing myself managing works from the ground. We carry out the full range of commercial and domestic tree surgery services from large tree removal to planting hedges and shrubs. I also carry out grounds’ maintenance at several schools and residential blocks. These works include weed control, grass cutting, tree and hedge pruning and leaf collections in the winter period. 

I pride myself on being customer service focussed-unfortunately, something that is lacking these days!

We run teams of 2-5 operatives, I’ve found keeping my teams small means I can keep costs as low as possible for the customer - while staying focused on providing the highest quality work.
