Connect toilet to sewer.
10I contacted M L Builders as I wish to fit a toilet in the outhouse. He agreed to come and see the job and turned up as agreed. He was a very pleasant man and gave me an estimate for the job and also a date when his men can start work. The men turned up on time as agreed and worked all day (Friday). They returned on Monday and completed the work by 3.30. I have to say I was extreemly impress by both the boss and his workers. They were very polite and worked continually until the job was finished. They left my premises clean and tidy. I can only say I wish all builders were as good as M L B

Quality of the workmanship is excellent and all the team members are polite and were a joy to work with. Malcolm has always answered my calls and is very conscientious and has always been physically present when needed. He is a thorough gentleman and a honest hard working man who takes pride in his work. Malcolm has been a go to person for us in every aspect of the project. I would not hesitate in recommending him. A full 10/10 from us!

10We approached ML Builders as they had carried out work in our area. An archway was created between adjacent rooms, the flooring replaced and the walls replastered. The workmanship was excellent and well managed by Malcolm. Special thanks to Andy the carpenter.

M L Builders were recommended by a friend so we already knew the quality of workmanship was good but Malcolm and his team exceeded our expectations. Undergoing such a large renovation, we were told by friends/family that it would be incredibly stressful BUT we can honestly testify that it was an immensely exciting experience and we believe that was down to how Malcolm managed the whole project from start to finish. They really do put their clients first and will strive for perfection by delivering a flawless end result.

M L Builders & Sons Ltd is a family run business based in Tonbridge. We have a trusted team of employees so we can offer a wide range of services. All building and maintenance contracts undertaken under the personal supervision of Malcolm Larter, with over 35 years’ experience in building and project management; his wife Lee and two sons Andrew and Shaun. Our business his fully insured up to £5,000,000 liability and the company has a qualified and competent team.
All necessary mainline plant and vehicles are company property, insuring the client that our projects progress without delay. We as a company will take on a variety of building projects, these include -
Kitchen Fitting, Bathroom Fitting, any Maintenance Work, Groundwork, Extensions, Loft Conversions, New Build Houses or Renovation.
Customer care is at the heart of all our efforts. From experience we fully recognise and respect that a building project can cause a deal of concern and disruption to clients, but we plan our work with this in mind in order to minimise inconvenience.
Here at M L Builders & Sons Ltd the health and safety of our customers and staff is our top priority so we have an appointed health and safety officer. At the beginning of all projects we conduct a risk assessment and keep a clear guide for our customers and staff to stay safe. Our staff have regular Covid-19 tests and will be wearing PPE in attendance of every job and have receieved Covid-19 awareness training. We want to make sure our customers feel comfortable and keep them involved with any updates throughout the transformation.
