    Mark decorated my utility room, bathroom, shower room and spare room. I knew he was going to leave my area and I wanted to make sure I got him to do as many jobs before he left. As usual, his professionalism and attention to detail were superb. He's such a friendly and helpful guy. He's one of the few tradesman I just give a key and totally trust to complete a brilliant job.

  • Repairing and repainting living room after water damage

    After a water leak caused considerable damage to the ceiling and walls of the living room, Mark took on the task as a labour of love. He carefully put in new plasterboard and ensured that the walls were fully prepared and protected before painting. An excellent job, lovely man and highly recommended.

    I have eployed Mark as a painter/ decorator for nearly 10 years now. His friendly approach, professionalism and qualitycof work are outstanding. The last piece of work he carried out for me was repairs to the decor of the hall and stairs where there was water damage from a leak. There is absolutely no trace of the damage now. He also had to contend with keeping two young kittens confined and letting in a number of guests coming to a garden party- all of which he did cheerfully! I really cant recommend this man highly enough

Hello, my name is Mark and I've been decorating and tiling for over 30 years and working for myself since 2000. 
I mainly work in domestic premises doing interior decorating and tiling. I tend  to do small exterior decorating works, nothing too huge.


On the decorating side I'm happy just to paper a feature wall or the internal redecoration of a whole house to hand painting kitchen cupboards and furniture.

I also do floor and wall tiling, and lately undertaken a few brick slips jobs also  lite stone (thin layer of real slate on sheets) , flooring, laminate, engineered wood, real wood, some vinyl tiles, small carpentry work (skirting, boxing in, stud walls, new window boards etc.) coving, dry lining, and many other jobs. 
 

I always aim to finish on time, to get the finish look looking just right and I'm always willing to put in the extra time to get the job done. I feel by covering various trades it eliminates confusion and being dependant on multiple tradesmen having to synchronise to get the work done on schedule.
I work to the rule 'would I be happy with that in my own house'
