    Jay saved the day fixing our boiler which wasn't working properly after a power cut. Really tidy, explained the issue really clearly and offered to quote for a new boiler as ours is definitely getting to end of it's life (which we knew anyway!) He came out really promptly and made sure we wouldn't go without heating, thanks a million!
