Diagnosing cause of water ingress

I made a journey from London to Oxford especially to meet their builder. Almost 2 months later, and after endless emails chasing up, I still have not received a quote for the work he suggested - of cutting into the rendering to examine the brickwork underneath. He said as a first course of action, I might wish to reseal the shower to rule out plumbing as a cause. After 2 weeks of chasing, I received a quote for resealing, but the quote I needed was for the course of action he described on site. Too much time and energy wasted with this company.

Replace a radiator withs a Towel Rail and connect a new fitted towel Rail.

The review above is for the plumber I would never use the company again I had plumbed in the Larger towel rail to within less than 18 inches of the Central heating Pipes , and the small towel rail fitted as direct replacement of a Radiator and check my joints on the new Towel rail. All materials were available but two Towel rail taps were changed with straight ones on the advice of the plumber,
