    Called mark 1 locks at about 7pm on Monday as lock on door was broken he came out within the hour fixed lock. Lock needed to be replaced so came back and replaced it the next day. Brilliant and highly recommended.

    Got stuck in the house on Good Friday as front door lock broke. Phoned Mark who was round within half an hour and had the door open quickly. He replaced the lock and thankfully we now have a working front door! Very efficient, friendly and reasonably priced.

    Amazing, called this morning yo make an appointment for problematic lock. Mark was very polite on phone, was at my door within 15 mins. He took old lock out, showed me what had gone wrong and explained just wear and tear. New lock fitted with spare keys, very reasonable price. Whats not to love? Thankyou very much!
