Easy to communicate and arrange a time that worked best for both of us. Figured out the problem and sorted it out very quickly. Also gave me further advice on how to manage such issues in the future, as well as gave me some tips on how to reduce my energy usage. Would highly recommend their services to everyone.

Unluckiest Electrician in the industry

Very quick response to initial enquiry. First appt was cancelled due to staff illness but an alternative appointment was quickly rearranged. Attended and rectified fault. However, identified another fault and disconnected the circuit with an understanding that a return visit would be needed. Invoice sent and paid. A few days later, the initial fault returns leaving us in a worse position than we were originally. Two more appts were arranged over the following four weeks but each one was cancelled 24 hrs beforehand. Ended up having to start the whole process again with a new contractor

Hi unluckiest electrician is indeed true for a number of reasons regarding this job. Initial fault was found and disconnected also we are working on a very poor installation with a history of electrical problems. Unfortunately a different problem arose the following week while we were in Portugal for 10days nothing could be done. A appointment was arranged but when a work van breaks down this is Unfortunately out of our hands. Nothing about this review is about the standard of our work but is Unfortunately about 2 appointments being unable to attend due to reasons nothing anyone could do to avoid. Hopefully future customers can understand this and read our other fantastic reviews which I'd a true reflection of our great company. Thank you.

We are a family ran electrical contracting company based on newcastle covering the whole of the North East. We are a limited company,with my partner Kathryn doing the paperwork. We are now a very established company eager to succeed. I have been an electrician for 23 years now and had my company for 5 years.

I have worked across all areas; domestic, commercial, industrial, single phase and 3 phase systems. We offer emergency 24hr call outs, EICRs or landlord safety certification. These can be provided within 24hours or the same day if needed. All work carried out will receive the correct NAPIT approved certification.

We fit door entry system and electronic keypad entry systems for people who struggle to get to the front door.

There is nothing we can’t do whether it's in a house, a factory, or an office, just give us a call.
