    Had a concern about a flashing light fitting. Requested a visit within one week. Sam contacted me to say he could come within an hour. Explained that fitting needed replacing and completed the job straight away. Also gave advice on another query and helped with another minor job. Found Sam to be very helpful and efficient. Glad to have his number to use in the future.
