    Dean and team recently removed a damaged bay window and refit the original window panes back in our semi detached house. Not only did they do a fantastic job but Dean and his team were quick, efficient and really lovely people to boot. Throughout the process Dean was very communicative which was also highly appreciated. Throughly recommended, would 100% use again.

    Dean and his team built our side extension following our rear kitchen extension. The team were all friendly and polite and nothing was too much trouble for them. Dean came up with good solutions to anything that cropped up. Their work ethic is fantastic and they carried on regardless of the weather (both scorching hot and chucking it down). We're very happy with the end result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mayfair Build.

    Dean and his team have done a brilliant job of our kitchen extension. They're all polite, considerate and friendly and nothing is a problem for them. Dean changed the order of our work around to accommodate our wishes which was extremely helpful as we have a young family and wanted to escape the messiest part of the build. We are very happy with the quality of their work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mayfair.

    Dean and his team carried out a single story extension to our property, to house a kitchen/diner, as well as reorganising the layout of the downstairs including a new bathroom. Cannot recommend Dean and team highly enough. After being weary (let down by builders in the past!), they quickly established our trust and delivered an exceptional quality job ahead of the timelines. They saw our vision, consulted us at the right times but also made decisions when needed. Project ran to budget so no big surprises. An exceptional job!! Dean and team are also lovely and will go above and beyond.
