• Cafe refurbishment and kitchen extension

  Mark and his team completely renovated our cafe (Rokers The Farmhouse) after a fire. They also extended our kitchen while we were closed. Mark was kind enough to come at short notice, completed the work to an excellent standard and was incredibly patient with all our “could you just…” additional requests for the project. The entire team are also a pleasure to have around. We are very grateful - thank you.

• Kitchen and Floor Fitting

  Mark and his team were brilliant throughout the whole installation of fitting our new kitchen and the whole of the downstairs floor as well as painting. The team managed to complete the project in a week with no delays and excellent craftsmanship. Once the job was completed, Mark and his team left the property in pristine condition. I can not recommend MD Property Maintenance enough and will be definitely using them again in the future.

• Kitchen renovation and windows/doors fitting

  Highly recommend Mark and his team. They knocked through our kitchen/dining room, fitted a new kitchen, replaced all our windows and external doors and laid new floor. All work was completed to a high standard, they arrived on time and tidied up after themselves each day and minimised disruption in the kitchen by keeping appliances on as long as possible throughout the renovation. Mark was very helpful during the quote/decision making process and we would definitely use them again in the future.

  Mark and his team re-decorated our entire cafe and completed refurbishment and maintenance work for us (shelving, plastering, plumbing, new back door, new steps). It was all completed to a high standard and on time for our reopening date. We would highly recommend.
