10Verified ReviewWe had a horrific rat infestation that was traumatising us and the cat. Lirian, David and Harry were utterly fantastic, the Rat problem is solved… their calm and collected manner, informed and knowledgeable approach gave us the confidence to believe the issue could be fixed. Had they have been any other way, there is a fair chance we would have booked a hotel to stay in. But, they were spot on and the problem is solved, for good. I cannot recommend them more highly. They are hero’s of the highest order, they went above and beyond and were very kind indeed.

Job posted on Sunday, callback received same day from Lirian and visit booked for David for Monday evening. Immediately identified infestation under kitchen units and started 2 week programme to get rid of infestation and put in measures to prevent future infestation. Reassuring and proactive throughout. Would recommend.
