  Based on workmanship I had seen on local properties and a verbal recommendation I decided to engage Merlin for a quote. Vance, the Boss came and saw me and made several recommendations to solve the issues with my roof. Not the cheapest quote ,but good isnt cheap. Work men were polite and engaging, keen to show me what they were doing and why. At the end of each day they showed me what they had completed and advised on what they were gonna do the next day. Staff were proud of the quality of thier work and it show. Happy to support local ,quality tradesmen.

  The team assigned to the job were professional and reliable. In addition to their excellence they proved themselves even further during the restoration, when there was an unexpected a rain storm at 8pm and Nathan and Jo returned to the property to further secure the sky opening and dry the kitchen floor. Amazing consideration especially since they were to fit the new skylight the following morning and could have taken for granted that I could just put up with a leaking roof for the last time. Thank you is not sufficiently adequate for my utmost appreciation!
