Replacement valve on cylinder to restore hot water.

I had lost hot water, even though the heating system appeared to be operating normally and the radiators were hot. I rang Millers and they came out on the same day, identified the problem and replaced a faulty valve on the cylinder which had blocked the flow of hot water. They then also checked the boiler and adjusted the settings slightly to make the system more efficient. The whole job took about an hour. It wasn't a life-threatening emergency but having no hot water is very inconvenient and (since I had a visitor staying) their prompt assistance was a life-saver!
