  • Loss of Hot water

    Instructed Montys to attend one of our properties we manage in the SE10 area as there was an issue with the hot water from the shower. Upon arrival they called us from site and provided us with a very reasonable quote to rectify the issue. After being given the go ahead they replaced the shower valve which sorted the problem. Great turn around time and reasonable prices.

    A washing machine was to be installed; however, the isolation valve was dysfunctional and needed replacing first. So Monty's Builders quickly sourced a replacement part and installed it the same day. Everything works perfectly and the tenants are happy.

    They reassembled 2 collapsed self-closing hinges on a kitchen unit, mounted the door, and adjusted it to align perfectly with the adjacent units. They arrived within the time frame we agreed on and were done within the hour. Very efficient.

    I had an issue with the boiler in one of my flats. The tenant had no hot water. Monty's Builders sent an engineer the next day who solved the problem very quickly and left the property clean. They gave both myself and the tenant detailed feedback from the job the same day.

    We wanted a new kitchen fitted, we supplied the kitchen and the drawing that we obtained via the kitchen supplier. Chris was very sharp and noticed mistakes with our kitchen drawings. They started the works and were very helpful with sourcing missing items from the kitchen we ordered. They corrected the drawing errors and fitted our kitchen exactly how we wanted. They work to a high standard, a bit more expensive then couple of other quotes but glad I used Monty's as you get what you paid for! Which is top quality builders who respect your property and understand your requirements.
