    The work consisted of moving two small bathroom in to one and fitting a new bathroom. The general work was fine but the finish was poor, for example the finishes on the tiling is messy which they covered with a large mismatched trim, the radiator pipes are obviously wonky, the shower are in the wrong place, and door handles were put on upside down. The overall finish is disappointing despite us reporting snags.

    Daniel and Lewis did a fantastic job identifying, and resolving, multiple defects on the property which were causing water ingress. As the job was investigative, they kept us appraised of recovery options and their associated costs; all of the work was completed efficiently and to a high standard. The team also fitted a replacement first floor shower and tiled floor, which was completed to a very high standard. I would definitely recommend Morris Parker Property Refurbishment for any works.
