  As my daughter had highly recommended Martin Phillips we contacted him for our electrical adjustment. He arrived at agreed time . He carried out the task in an organised manner, explaining the process and why and where he needed to drive for a specific spare part . I was impressed how Martin cleared and cleaned the whole area of any debris once the job was finished . We are very satisfied with his work and feel the quote was very reasonable. We certainly would contact him if we need electrician again.

• First and second fix large Edwardian House

  Martin agreed to finish first fix and do entire second fix for large Edwardian refurb. After doing an ok job for 2 weeks and charging us way above the work that was actually carried out, he simply did not turn up on Monday in the 3rd week. He provided no explanation whatsoever and in fact refused to answer any messages or phone calls. I can only guess that he found a more lucrative job and decided to abandon us. This delayed our project and resulted in additional cost as other trades depended on electrical works being carried out and it was impossible to find anyone else at short notice

  Martin was extremely helpful and patient when answering my request for a quote. He dealt with everything promptly. His quote was reasonable. I would have no hesitation in returning to him if I needed further work and I would certainly recommend him if asked for an electrician
