  Neil was recommended by a relative. Glad we went with him for the various repairs. Quote was reasonable. Very polite and friendly yet remained professional. Very pleased with Loft insulation and boarding out of the loft with additonal lighting. Although roof repairs ended up being more than anticipated we were very pleased we had the work done. Neil kept us informed constantly with photographs. Pleased with decoration.

• Installing integrated dishwasher

  Neil came out promptly and advised us how he’d recommend installing a dishwasher into our small kitchen. A couple weeks later Neil turned up bang on time as agreed and finished the job to a much higher standard than we thought possible. The integration is seamless! Very tidy. Very knowledgeable and would highly recommend to others. Thank you very much.

• Eliminating heavy draft

  I was suffering with a draft right through the house that felt like it was coming directly from Serbia! Neil was quick to identify where the draft was coming from in the external wall and fixed it and then proceeded to deal with further possible culprits internally by deconstructing a cabinet and moving the washing machine. He filled all the possible culprits and put everything back as if he was never there. Ensured that he had fixed the problem completely before finishing. Very nice pleasant man, courteous and clean. Fully recommend him to do all those jobs around your house.

You were able to put my mind at ease with the repair carried out. This avoided the extensive work I had anticipated. You advised of any further work I may consider for the future - which is brilliant. I asked you to cost further external works around the house as you have many years of experience - and I believe you will be reasonable and fair (as you are considerate).   We requested a quote to renovate an old staircase, adding new plasterboard and wooden balustrade, including plastering of an old ceiling. Where other companies either didn't respond or quoted a very high sum, Neil came round and we instantly felt at ease. He quoted reasonably and communicated well throughout. The job itself is great. The ceiling was completed prior to today; the rest was finished in one day. His colleagues were all polite, friendly and went the extra mile with additional touches. I would thoroughly recommend Neil and we absolutely will use his services again in future.
