  This company gave outstanding service from the outset. Of the 5 companies I called they were the only ones to return my call and Alex who gave us the quote was reliable and truthful about what was needed. The two roofers Mike and Zac were a delight and although I am clueless about roofing even I could see what an outstanding job they did on the ridge tiles. They cleaned up after they finished and were polite and friendly and even pointed out some work that was needed on the garage roof. I would absolutely recommend this company for quality of work and attention to details.

  I need a roof survey but unfortunately in my situation they can't do it. However, I rang them and Harry called me straight back and gave me fabulous advice and did his very best to help me and told me who to contact. So although I didn't have any work done the service what I did receive was fabulous. Customer service goes a long way with me, and on that basis I would definitely say to give them a call because even if they can't help you themselves, they will advise and tell you who can. Nothing was too much trouble, and they treat you with courtesy and respect.

• Repairs to fascias, soffits and guttering

  I spoke with Harry about the repairs needed. His colleagues came out to repair the guttering straight away. They were polite and efficient and did a great job. We’ve previously used the company to repair fascias and soffits and I didn’t think to contact anyone else to do the repairs needed. Gutters were also cleaned. We’ve also received a quote for a new roof on the brick shed. This was reasonable and received quickly. Am sure the work will be completed properly based on previous experience.

  Dave and his young colleague arrived at nine o clock this morning, and quickly identified a fault causing a leak in our garage roof. They worked hard in difficult circumstances to rectify the problem. We were delighted with their professional attitude and helpful advice. We could not have asked for a better service than Dave and his colleague provided.
