10Curtis was knowledgeable, friendly and polite. He made a prompt visit to asses our situation -- a badly leaking toilet -- and let me know what the best and most cost effective course of action would be. He had given me options for several new toilets in our price range on the same day then came back to install the toilet + new pipes and fittings and take away the old one without any issue within days. the price of the toilet and his two visits + labour were rolled into one reasonable payment. all very easy and painless which helped a stressful situation. 10/10

10Verified ReviewCurtis was very easy to get a hold of by phone. Organised to come over within 24hrs for non-emergency work, and rapidly identified what the problem was. Thought a single part was needed to fix the problem but unfortunately the part needed was no longer in production so needed to change plan to replace entire cistern. Was very up front about the costs involved and flexible around my working pattern to find a suitable time to get the work done. Very professional throughout and work was completed to a high standard. Would definitely use NE6 plumbing again in future ????
