    Steve was amazing. Came out and done a job quickly to ensure I could get into my house with the kids as handle had broken on door. Very friendly and done a great job. Real hero. Saved us a fortune too as made sure it was done before out of hours charges kicked in.

    The key and lock in my old writing bureau broke ( in a locked position ) and I had no idea where to go or what to do about it. Fast forward NLS Security on the West Rd. The staff were exceptional, managed to open the lock without any damage to the bureau and then proceeded to make me two new keys. I must add that I took my bureau to their workplace and they were more than helpful in assisting me to carry the bureau into the workshop. Full marks for everything and well deserved. Thank you..
