  I got in touch with Neal construction to discuss some of the building work which a homemoving survey recommended to be carried out after moving to a new home. Ben knows his stuff when it comes to building. He is very knowledgeable and courteous, with good, prompt communication. He was always happy to answer questions and explain what is being done and why, and is well connected in the industry if other trades are required (eg scaffolding, roofers). He undertook the works to a very high standard, left things neat and tidy, and turned up when he said he would.

  Ben did an excellent job on our garage conversion, turning an integral garage into an office/bedroom and a utility room with a toilet. His communication was great throughout, checking and consulting with us at all times, and the finish was very good. He completed on schedule and never made any false or over-promises throughout the job. He was polite and easy to work with, as was the trades people he employed, which is a very good sign. We'd highly recommend Ben to anyone, he'll do a great job!

  We originally asked Ben to knock down a supporting wall and open up a window to install bifolds. As we went along, we decided to open up the ceiling and had to re concrete the floor and some other jobs. Ben was punctual, tidy, polite, hard working and is a good bloke. He was massive help for my wife with a new born - as I worked away from home. Cannot recommend highly enough.
