  From the outset, Tom and Craig were great. The initial onsite assessment was honest, clear and informative. They were always available to discuss their quote and recommendations, clearly answer any questions I had, including all my options, they were very supportive. Once on site they worked efficiently, swiftly and very tidily, clearing up fully each day they were here, the work quality is excellent. Always left the site usable, with a clear report of what done and what next. Highly recommend NeatHeat, thanks fellas, great job

  Tom and Craig were great from the outset, initial visit to assess the problem was clear, friendly, honest and supportive. The quote for the work was swift and clear, with a chance to discuss over the phone and explain anything I was unclear about, or had questions on. They were always able to provide support. Once on site they worked quickly, efficiently and effectively, always leaving the site really tidy and with a clear report on what had been done and what next. Highly recommend them.   They fitted a new boiler which included a new pump, filter etc. Chemical flush through the radiators and drain. All work was neat and tidy. Would highly recommend this company.

  A pipe burst at 7am in the morning, Tom and the guys were out so quick and helped calm us down and deal with the issue. We had no clue what to do and they helped guide us through a very tricky and worrying time. Couldnt recommend enough and would use everytime now for anything plumbing related. Or anything else they do. Brilliant, Brilliant, Brilliant

• Relocation of a new combi boiler

  Neat heat were highly recommended from a friend.The engineer Craig came to the house to talk through the best options to where the new boiler could be located.He also made us aware of the finance options available to us.Work was completed to a very high standard and they did not make any mess and took the old system away for recycling.I would recommend Neat Heat to any friends and family in the future.
