    This is the second time I have used Neil and he is meticulous about prep work and the best materials for the job. The renovation of a rented cottage took some time. His quotes are not estimates and this helped with the decision making about the planned work. There were no unexpected higher costs at the end of the project. Very happy with the result, happy to recommend and will use Neil again.
