10Verified ReviewExcellent service from Neil Robertson Plumbing & Heating Ltd from start to finish, removed the old boiler system and old water tank. Fitted a new combi boiler system, and 4 new replacement radiators, taking 2 days to complete. Lewis and Callum worked hard, were friendly, efficient and tidy. would highly recommend this company and all the team.

10The engineers were both polite and professional, and did an excellent job with the installation of the new boiler, and removal of the back boiler. The installation looks great, and they clearly carry out their work with pride. They were both diligent with their attention to detail and left the house clean and tidy once they were done. The installation of the new boiler, and all the piping has already received many compliments from friends and family as to how neat and professional it all looks - it's a shame to cover the pipes up!

10Verified ReviewI was given an appointment in 3 weeks as the company had nothing sooner. When a cancellation became available, I was contacted and given an appointment a week earlier than the original. The tradesman came within the timeslot given; was polite and courteous; removed his boots (always a winner!); and was efficient in identifying the problem and offering to get a replacement part and fit it that day. I was impressed that the work was all carried out and seems to be fine. There is no more leaking and the boiler is functioning well.

When our boiler failed in the middle of winter they prioritised its replacement, and we have used them ever since for the yearly inspection. All the staff are a delight to work with; even get a yearly reminder when the service is due.

We are a local family run company who carry out quality plumbing and heating work. We are a friendly and reliable company who have been providing service for over 30 years now, taking pride in our friendly customer service.
We do anything from small tap washers to installing a complete new heating system in-house with multi zoned heating using both radiators and/or underfloor heating.
Neil was chosen as one of the select few members of the "Worcester Members Panel".
