NES was very prompt in getting touch and arranging a site visit. Accomodated and helped me understanding different ways of doing the job. Quickly assigned a worksman at a short notice to get the job done. The worksman who came was very professional and a thorough gentleman. He made sure we had minimal damage (none visible). And explained everything at every stage. We are very happy with his work and also with NES. Thank you.

Trace and repair a power loss on one of the house circuits.

An electrician came out almost immediately in response to our phone call that we had lost power to our CH boiler and utility room. He was able to restore power to the boiler and most 13 amp sockets and isolate a faulty section. He returned a few days later and replaced the cable on the faulty circuit. A rat had chewed the original cable where the cable passed through a cavity wall so the damage was invisible until the cable was removed. NES kept us fully informed throughout. The total cost included some extra work we requested and was unrelated to the original fault.

New consumer unit

Turned up spot on time, worked well and kept me informed of progress, we had an issue with the household wiring which meant that the new unit kept tripping but they went through the circuits piece by piece until they found and rectified the problem. Efficient, professional and very, very skilled. Top marks. My go-to electricians now.
