    Really happy with the work Terry and his colleague Jake did for us this week. We had a number of double glazing units replaced which required access via a neighbour. Terry was very understanding with our need to liaise with them and find a date that suited both households. On the day both Terry and Jake were friendly and professional, taking the time to protect the areas and cleaning up afterwards so that there was nothing for me to do once they'd left. The new glass looks fantastic and we wouldn't hesitate in booking them again for future jobs.

    A very pleasant experience! NewGlass communicated well, arranged to measure the glass panel, turned up on time, and gave an estimate of costs. We had to source some white plastic beading for these old glass panels: this was double-glazing from 1970's. Shout out to upvcspares4repairs.Co.Uk for providing a sample pack, and providing 30m of the selected white beading. NewGlass arranged to come to fit the new panel and beading the very next day, and did an excellent job. Very clean, very careful, and great expertise. The result: a completely renewed patio door, with both panels looking great.
