  Bill and his team did an amazing job building our loft conversion and single story rear conversion for our Victorian property. The crew are friendly and really work hard to deliver throughout the different stages. They also accommodated our requirements to be able to live in the property whilst the work was done. When minor changes to the design were needed Bill and the team made sure we were fully informed, and kept up to date. He also went out of his way to make sure our neighbours were happy when the extension work was in progress. Would definitely recommend Newstock Developments

  I highly recommend anyone to trust this company with any project. Billy (owner) is professional, friendly and easy to communicate with when it comes to specific needs in a job. His staff are really good guys, hard working and courteous even under pressure. I have used Newstock Developments for several jobs now and never disappointed with any of their work. I'm sure they are hard to beat by any competitor! ??

• Determining where water was coming from.

  Billie quickly determined that it was my leaking washing machine that had caused the water damage on the walls and NOT rising damp which had been diagnosed by another company. He went and bought a new hose and fitted it there and then. He then advised me to keep an eye to see whether water still leaks from the actual machine itself - it is quite a old machine and I've been thinking I need to replace it soon anyway. Billy has save me literally thousands of pounds - the other company quoted me £2,700 + VAT. At no point did they suggest looking for water leaking nearby. Bravo Billy!

• Billy and his team transformed my garden which was overgrown, and unusable + updated my driveway

  His expert team transformed my whole garden with the removal of an unusable large garage, re- set the foundations of my entire garden, new patio, fencing and new turf, plus laid a brand new drive. I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish Billy’s team were considerate, friendly always on time, tidy hardworking and highly skilled! I am so pleased with the results!
