  Jim came recommended and he more than lived up to this. He and his mate arrived on time, were friendly but not over chatty, and got on with the work with no fuss. He had to lift a carpet and drill some holes and left everything back perfectly, my husband didn't even notice he'd done it! There were a number of small jobs as well as the shower and they understood our requirements perfectly Very pleased. we're planning to get them back to do our car charger. Great value too!

• Electric oven button faulty
