  Leo and Elson were supportive throughout the whole process, and I couldn’t be more thankful. This was the first time I’ve carried out such a project and I didn’t know where to begin. They helped me with planning permission, architects, and the whole build itself. They were always punctual and respectful of our family when carrying out the work in the kitchen. Such a smooth and great service and worth every penny that my house is complete for the summer!

  North Star proved to be the perfect solution to our flat renovation. They provided a very good quote, with a clear schedule that was kept to throughout the process. Nothing was ever too much of a problem. They had a can do attitude which filled us with confidence from the outset. Communication with team was excellent and they always went above and beyond to make sure we were updated with progress on the project. They provided skills and knowledge and a pride in their work which ensured the project was completed to our total satisfaction. I cannot speak highly enough of them. Thank you.

  From initial discussions with Leo of North Star Building Solutions Ltd, working with us on the architectural drawings, to executing the build, advice, and opinion during the job plus follow up and snagging- Leo and his team were excellent and at no point can I question their professional integrity. Leo can match this professional manner with a very approachable and sociable disposition, which made us very comfortable with it. Leo and his team working autonomously in our house. For any future jobs, I would only use North Star

• Loft and single-story extension.

  I would like to take the opportunity to thank Leo and and the team for an excellent piece of work recently undertaken on my big loft and 6-meter extension. It was a difficult brief, taking into consideration the existing structure with all its original walls being out of line, but the result is just what I envisaged, and I appreciate all the work is well done, within the timescale and for the price quoted at the start of the job. The finished work was top-class, better than I had imagined, honestly the best building company I have seen so far at different level.

  New build 4 Bedroom detached house New Builds We took on Leo, to construct a 5-bedroom new building from scratch. He had a very positive and thoughtful approach to the work from the first meeting and was able to start within three months. Most of the work was carried out by a small team, of around 10 to 15 guys including Elson manager on site. The build was over the Covid19 period which slowed the work down but did not stop progress. Leo worked hard to source appropriate materials and keep the project moving. The workmanship was good overall, and faults were rectified mostly as the work pro

  Leo, Elson, Samir and Lani were excellent. Leo’s cost was very competitive and his communication very clear. The downstairs of our Edwardian home was remodelled to include a 6m new kitchen, through lounge, downstair WC and boot room. They carefully retained all our original features, we are extremely happy with our new house and the quality and craftsmanship of the build - I have no hesitation in recommending leo and In using him and his team again.
