  This is the fourth time Tim has done work for us, and always he's done another wonderful job. He and his son worked through the rain to complete an excellent job. Tidying up after themselves, and being courteous throughout. And the final cost of the job was exactly as quoted. Really you can't ask for better!

• Demolish and rebuild garage /office

  We planned this project with Tim. He and his son did every aspect of the job from demolishing, bricklaying and roofing. The only job he didn't do with plastering and electrics. We are very happy with the result, and Tim was a joy to have do the work as well, polite and very tidy. He treats every project with the same care and attention to detail no matter what size. We have even had comments from the neighbours on what a good job it has been done.

• Re pointing a gable end wall

  Tim had the onerous task of re pointing a large gable end wall which required co ordination scaffolding and being adaptable and considerate to the needs of my neighbours. The task is both noisy and very dusty. He did an excellent job and I'm delighted with the work. Everything was left clean and tidy each day.I have used Tim for big and small jobs for a number of years. I know he is professional, trustworthy and reliable and I will continue to use his services.

  The exterior walls of the bungalow were jet washed,driveway and patio jet washed,exterior wall of garage painted and re-rendered where needed. The hallway was painted-walls,skirting and ceiling.
