  Andrei was professional, accommodating and trustworthy throughout the project and he managed the whole project very efficiently and trouble free for me. House was fully gutted out, load bearing walls removed, 3xRSJs installed, brand new plumbing, rewiring, heating, kitchen, bathroom, plastering, painting, flooring and also installed fitted wardrobes. The whole project completed to a high standard and has been highly complimented by everyone who has been to the house. I have no hesitation using Andrei and his services again in the future.

  Andrei and his team renovated the majority of rooms in our house, including full replastering, replacing several ceilings, and installing a new bathroom. We were on a tight schedule but everything was done in the space of a few weeks and we were really happy with the work. Andrei was very helpful and easy to work with and the team were all polite and very respectful of our space as we continued to live here while they worked around us. We would definitely use them again.

Andrei has several ideas on how to improve the planned works. They available quickly and were able to complete the work within estimated timeframe.Would definitely recommend!

  I was undertaking a complete renovation of a terraced house and found Andrei via Checkatrade. He undertook a very thorough inspection, and the resulting quote was competitive (but crucially, realistic). Work started quickly and the project lasted around 6 weeks (as agreed). The best thing about Andrei (as well as the excellent quality of work) was how transparent he was: I could trust him completely and he never tried to upsell me unnecessary work. I am grateful to have found Andrei as good builders are few and far between: I have recommended him to several friends and will 100% use him again!
