    Chris explained everything clearly and in full before quoting for the job. He was prompt and clear in all communication with me and was able to complete the work within a week of my accepting the quote. He and his colleague were polite and respectful of my space and time and worked tidyly and efficiently all day. Chris explained everything to me again at the end of the day and I am confident that they have left me with a much more robust and safer system of outside lights and power than the one that they replaced. I highly recommend this company and would use them again in a flash.

    It was time to bring our electrics to meet current regulations. The work involved replacing the electrical consumer board and surge protection with an up to date fitting. More modern ceiling lights, downlighters and dimmers were also fitted. All work was checked and certificated. Chris and Steve, were pleasant, kept us informed of progress and did a super job.

Optimus Electrics are experienced domestic electricians based in Burgess Hill, providing services throughout Sussex and surrounding areas. We are fully qualified with City and Guilds 2330 level 3 and trained to the latest 18th edition IEE wiring regulations. As a Part P domestic installer, we are members of and insured by the NICEIC, who are on the electrical safety register. 

Optimus Electrics was founded and continues to be run by Chris Dewhurst, a domestic electrician with years of experience in the local area.

Our team always guarantee a friendly and high-quality service to all our customers. We know that customers often have busy schedules and so we work until the job is done in a clean and efficient manner, always ensuring you have the facilities you need back up and running as quickly as possible. Additionally, we will fit work around you and are more than happy to carry out installations during evenings, early mornings or weekends if required. 

Our main priority is you, the customer and the safety of your electrical installations. We enjoy a challenge and always endeavour to find a solution to any problem.
