  Orange Designs drew up the plans after meeting to discuss our requirements. They were very approachable re changes. They saw the plans through the successful application and were knowledgeable regarding local planning laws. They sourced builders quotes and discussed each one before recommending one. They oversaw the actual build to ensure it was done to standard and arranged final certificates. I would highly recommend them to others for their efficiency and communication throughout.

  Graham was extremely helpful from the start, offering his initial advice and expertise. Acting as my agent, Graham was then able to prepare and submit a full planning application to the Local Authority - successfully obtaining planning consent on the first attempt. He then prepared and submitted our Building Control plans to an approved inspector. Orange Key have been great to work with throughout. I would highly recommended Graham and the team!

  This was an ongoing project converting a part commercial property to fully residential dwelling, there was an extension of a basement and conversion of a loft, along with a full refurbishment of the five story property, including removing walls and chimney breasts. Orange Key worked on the project from inception gaining council approval through various applications and submitting all the relevant plans for the builders / council.
