    The engineer always rings before he is due and will give an estimated time of arrival. (Due to any traffic). He is very tidy cleans while he works, very knowledgeable of his work. Doesn't give you any work jargon just straight to the point. Will give you advice and tips to ensure that after he has gone things are as they should be. Very friendly and approachable no problems at all, great service all round.

    All was good except the lid wasn't cleaned - described on works order as completed but clearly hadn't. Additionally was told that I would be informed of costs to replace the two jets that where removed. Still waiting over a week after the work was done.

    The service that i've always received from Outdoor living has been fantastic. Usually I get Ash from there, but today I got Gaz (and also Natalie on the phone too). Everytime i've dealt with them i've always been left with a really pleasant experience. I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to as their service deserves to be noticed. These are not engineers who are coming to do the minimum possible, but instead they're thinking and suggesting of ways to better care for the things (hot tub and parts) that me the customer doesn't know about, in a very pleasant and educated way.

    Excellent service from booking to repair. Knowledgeable technician who diagnosed the fault straightaway, had a replacement part on the van and fitted it all within half an hour. Hot tub is back up and running.
