His expertise was evident from the outset as he provided creative solutions to maximize space and functionality in both bathrooms. He arrived promptly each day and was always respectful of my home. • Dishwasher installation

  A year or so back, Phil from P G Bathrooms fitted a new kitchen and downstairs bathroom for us (which we’re still delighted with), so when we recently decided to try out a countertop dishwasher it was a no brainer to ask Phil to come and install it. Phil turned up when he said he would, took all the measurements to check it would definitely fit in such a small space, then once we ordered the machine he later came back and installed it quickly, and even left everything tidy. We love the dishwasher and are really grateful to Phil for the work.

• Shower room conversion

  Second part of a project, (see my previous glowing review of part 1), this time converting a shower room into a utility room and toilet. This involved Phil building a bespoke housing for the washing machine and tumble dryer. We found it difficult to visualise exactly how it would look but Phil was very patient and brought it all to life for us. The result was better than hoped. He was a pleasure to have in the house whilst carrying out high quality work. Phil is very personable to the point where even our very old, grumpy dog came round to having him in the house! Can't recommend highly enough.

• Convert Bathroom to Shower room

  Can't recommend Phil highly enough. Headline that people will be most important to people is that he was extremely great value for money. I work from home so was here for the entirety of the project, so important that whoever was doing the work was considerate and personable. Top marks to Phil on both counts. We're so pleased with the finished job. Looks and works great. We had a fairly good idea of what we wanted but Phil was able to suggest better ways of doing things which is crucial in my opinion. The finished job is better as a result. Call him!

• Bathroom refit

  I would highly recommend Phil! He’s very hard-working and kept the house tidy throughout. I was working abroad whilst the work was completed but Phil went above and beyond to ensure I was kept updated, sending regular pictures and communicating his progress clearly. Some items were unexpectedly delayed but Phil was incredibly flexible, and worked around it with a smile on his face. Phil is clearly very experienced - the quality of his workmanship was very high. Notably, our house has very thin walls yet Phil was able to hide all pipes (something other plumbers had said wasn’t possible)
