  Communication from start was excellent; prompt, clear and professional. With a fair quote quickly delivered. The start of work was delayed slightly, but this was communicated well without any issue. Work was performed professionally, without any issue - Matt was perfectly pleasant and got straight on with the work. Quality of the work is good, but there is some mesh / joining tape showing through the plasterwork - but this is minor. Quite a lot of dust was left on all the surfaces of the bathroom, as well as the carpet. But nothing too bad. Despite my quibbles - great service!

• Leakage again

  I am sorry to put in a negative review. The job was done in a professional way and a very tidy job. But the core problem wasn't dealt with. The leakage is still there and the repair work is wasted along with the money given. I will have to do all of it again. And that to probably stopping other things which were to happen at my place.
