  From first day Adrian Ben and Jamie worked hard and never stopped kept us informed about what was happening and next stage all through the job and booked council at all stages they needed to come out we asked for extra work and was never a problem have recommended them already to family and friends will not think twice about using them again and there was a contract drawn up and money paid in stage payments as job progressed and nothing up front or very large payments

• Rear extension

  Parade builders are currently building our rear extension. Adrian, Ben and Jamie are brilliant, nothing is to much trouble for them. They work very hard from the moment they arrive and always keep us up-to-date with what is happening now and next. They are always on time and clear up at the end of every day leaving the house and garden secure. They have even gone the extra mile to accommodate our dogs, building us a bridge across the foundations allowing them access to the garden. Can't wait to see the end result.

• Huge wrap around extension

  As we live in wednesbury we thought it was important to use a local firm for our wrap around extension. Parade builders quoted us a price that we were happy with and started early may 2023. Ade ben and jamie worked tirelessly up until around middle of december and have a good team of subcontractors for gas electric plumbing rendering all local people who were all pleasant and efficient. They all felt like an extended family to us as they were here over 6 months the standard of work was amazing as we hit some unexpected problems during the build but there was nothing they couldn't overcome.

• Loft Extension

  Absolutely fantastic! The work carried out was to a high standard, the mess was kept to an absolute minimum (which is tricky as we are a mid-terace), the work was planned out well from start to completion. We didn't worry about a single thing. As well as our loft extension, they also fitted our new bathroom (including tiling) and were able to do the laminate flooring in our rooms. We will definitely be contacting Parade Building Services again for any future work. They also contacted and dealt with the council for signing off, we literally did not worry about a thing. Perfect!
