    This is the first time I've used Pat's plastering service, and I am really pleased with the quality of work, and would definitely use again. Pat came to plaster 2 bedrooms with Artex ceilings. He also diagnosed a damp problem with a wall in my dining room and took it back to brick and later plastered it. Pat knows what he is talking about and I now know that 'hard wall' should have been used and not 'bonding' which caused the damp isssue. Sarah was very good at keeping me updated and together they are a great team.

    Our walls and ceiling were in very bad condition, cracks everywhere. When Pat came in for an estimation, he detailed exactly what he would need to do to make sure those cracks don't reappear. He worked very thoroughly, preparing walls and ceiling before plastering, and he never rushes a job. He does it properly. He was also very friendly and shared many DYI tips. I would definitely 100% use his services again. Sarah and Pat are a great team !

    Pat came in to say the day after the previous plasterer made a complete mess of two ceilings. Pat arrived on time and there was no fuss just supreme efficiency in getting the job done. He also tidied up each night making living with the works so much easier. So very happy I've found him and can recommend him unreservedly. Communication was great also with his wife Pat who managed the works and kept me up to date each day. If you need plastering work look no further. He's the guy you need.

    I live close to Pat and always knew that if I ever needed any plastering done I would contact him as he was always so cheery. What cinched it was that I found out that my friend has had work done by him previously, and she’s a perfectionist! Communication with Sarah excellent… Pat obviously friendly, but also professional and just knew intuitively what we wanted, and needed! Left all areas clean and tidy. Will definitely be asking him to finish the rest of our house.

Hi, my name is Pat Smith, and I have been in the building industry for many years, servicing the local community in and around Bromley, but I also happily travel further afield.

Plastering is a skill that needs to be mastered and understood, and I have a real passion for it! Although I have found over the recent years that a lot of my clients are also in need of a good, reliable, trustworthy builder, so I therefore offer a professional building service as well, and am able to tap into a wealth of professional industry contacts.

This is family business, and it would not be able to operate as smoothly and as efficiently as it does without the help of my fantastic wife, running the back office.  We pride ourselves on honesty, reliability, quality and value for money.  We are aware of the customers’ needs and concerns and we are always on hand to offer advice and help.

It is important to us to reassure the customer and to make sure that the project goes smoothly and that everyone is happy and satisfied with the end result - half of our business is from referrals!

I have given my time in the past to help a family in need through the BBC DIY SOS Big Build programme.  It was an amazing and humbling experience, and I loved every moment of it.  Being able to help somebody less fortunate whilst having the experience of working alongside the BBC team was a real privilege.
