  My tenant, reported a boiler failure at 8.15am. By 11.00am Paul had repaired a failed boiler fan. He was prompt, and polite to my tenant, who phoned to say how impressed he was with the service. Cost was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Paul

• Super fast leak assessment

  We were trying to identify the source of a leak affecting our conservatory and within less than 30 minutes of putting out a request for assessment and quote on checkatrade, Paul had rang up and arranged to pop over to take a look. In the end there was further assessment required that wasn't plumbing related but I really appreciated how fast,, honest and professional Paul was with his assessment especially given that it meant that a quote wasn't required. I'll happily be ringing Paul in future if we do need any help again!
