    I contacted PC Repair House as I was having issues with a very slow desktop PC - for a small fee, they collected the unit from my home, diagnosed the issues, replaced the degraded hard drive with a new SSD, and hugely improved the running of the machine. They brought the unit back, re-installed it and made sure it was set up and working. I was very impressed with their helpfulness over the phone and the politeness and professionalism of the visiting repair operative - would recommend.

    I went to the PC Repair Shop in Cheam looking to replace my 13 year old laptop. Not being very tech savvy I was a bit apprehensive about getting a new device. Ian was extremely helpful and informative. He showed me a laptop suited to my needs and explained the whole process clearly. He didn't rush through it and the quote he gave me was very reasonable. All my data was transferred over which made it easy for me to start using it.There were a couple of things I wasn't sure about but a quick call to James help guide me through them. I can highly recommend.
