  Work to insulate and dry line a garage to provide a room. Martin is a pleasure to deal with providing a clear quotation and fully explains the work he doing as it progressed. The job was completed on time and to budget creating a room ready for decorating.

  Professional, personable, very experienced and yet flexible Martin is a pleasure to encounter. A quote is a quote so you know where you stand if adjustments, additions or changes need to be made. Much of the digging and relaying work had to be carried out in poor weather but surrounding garden damage was minimised and any necessary down time clearly scheduled. As exterior work progressed multiple small enhancements were incorporated so would happily recommend Martin to use/work with again in the future.

  Excellent work from quotation to completion. Prepared ground, retaining wall and laid base for patio. Took care throughout and was always tidy to avoid work impacting other areas of the garden or access to the property. Would highly recommend.

  Our 1950s property had problem drainage, an old patio on two levels, limiting its usefulness and scrubby ground sloping into the side of the house from the neighbouring property. We asked Martin to install soakaways for the property's 6 down pipes, level the patio while ensuring good water drainage and provide ideas to control water rolloff into the side of the property. Martin's suggested solutions to the issues and implementation were excellent. He remained professional and friendly throughout the job, always willing to answer questions. The resulting job was far beyond our expectation.
