    House was infected by the mouse. Work were carried out on time and happy with the result. The wood used under the door seemed to be chipped away by the mouse but no mouse activity was seen so far. Happy with result.

    Paul came and assessed that we have uninvited rats coming into the loft , pointing that indicates drain issue Poisonous baites left and after they started disappearing he knew rats have taken them away After removing downstairs toilet we have found chewed pipe indicating entry point for rats All replaced , one way valves fitted , hopefully no more rats coming in Would definitely recommend Paul for any pest related issues

    Paul was very quick to respond and made arrangements to come round on the same day. He turned up when he said he would, explained what needed to be done, started and finished the work very quickly. Advised that there was a guarantee on the work in the unlikely event that the spraying was not effective and discussed the process of physical nest removal. All in all a very good experience of customer satisfaction and I would recommend him.

    PEST 3 are just what you need in the potentially harrowing times of pest problems. Paul Grant's 25 years of experience mean that he is wonderfully professional, efficient, calm and reassuring. He is on time and calls to confirm his that he is on his way. Once on the job he is fastidious, relentless and clear in his communication and outcome. I have had reason to use him at my elderly mother's house on two separate occasions (five years apart). She is phobic of rodents but his professionalism, knowledge and reassurance meant that she is now once again calm. Highly recommended. Simply the best.
