Fitting a rat blocker inside a manhole and verbal help
10Verified ReviewI was fortunate in calling Dean - he was near Chelmsford and was about to travel to his office. However, he arrived at my home within an hour and fitted a rat blocker to my drainage system.

10Verified ReviewWe used Dean as pest control for a small issue we had. Dean came round as soon as he could next fit us in and we’ve never met such a lovely, friendly, courteous person who did the job as we asked. He was so knowledgable about the job in hand and kept us up to date on everything he was doing, why he was doing it, and followed up with care. Hopefully we won’t have to use pest control again(!). But, if we do, we would 100% go straight to Dean again. Thank you, Dean.

10Verified ReviewAs all other reviewers have said Dean was excellent with everything: his timekeeping, communication (including checking in with me between visits), reassurance, information, explanations with photo evidence of his findings and treatments. He was very courteous, friendly, honest and knowledgeable, and had a knack of assessing how much detail I was comfortable with and with what level of humour. I would recommend him to everyone and would definitely use him again - hopefully not for the same pest problem!
