  Overall a very good experience and I would use Bill again for other work. All the trades were polite and professional and the standard of work was very good. When we hit issues, these were communicated clearly and a solution found. The speed of response to emails was excellent and the tracking of project expenditure was also excellent. There was some issues due to overlaps between trades and misalignment on who was doing what caused some problems but these were overcome and this felt reasonable given the size of the project.

  From my initial meeting with Bill to completion of work, I was impressed with his written communication through out the project keeping me informed of progress and any issues. Work was carried out in a professional manner by Bill's team of Tradespeople and completed to a high standard. Overall they were polite and respectful of my property and more than helpful in there attitudes. I have further work that we need doing in the future and will be using Pipe Dreams Services Ltd again to complete my further projects.

  The team communicated well, were tidy and fit everything perfectly. They improvised well when we had trouble with the kitchen supplier, it required Pipe Dreams to change their schedule, which they did in a manner that barely delayed entire job. Highly recommended.

  Full bathroom renovation. Excellent work, great communication and top quality customer service. Bill and his team were excellent from the start. Bill organises and oversees the project, but checked in regularly. Bill provided an exceptionally detailed quote. Paid contractors directly on a weekly basis for work completed rather than upfront. Like all projects, hit a couple of issues but despite being no fault of his, Bill dealt with these perfectly. Communication was great, kept in the loop throughout and always accessible. Rest assured, the work and people are top class.
