    Fabulous service from start to finish. First visit is by an engineer, not a salesperson, so means that they know what they're talking about and there are no pressure sales tactics. Kept informed throughout the 8 week manufacturing process and the installation itself was done and dusted in no time at all. Great service and great value - you can get shutters cheaper but I don't think you'd be able to get better value. You really do get what you pay for.

    The service from first point of contact all the way through to installation has been excellent. The showroom is very good, I'd recommend going there to see the shutters in situ. They also came to our house and measured up and went through all the options with us. We were kept informed of progress from the manufacture through to installation. Fitters were great, didn't leave until 7pm, to get the job completed in one day. Very pleased.
