Turned up at the agreed time, explained what they were doing, when asked, finished installation on schedule of one day, explained the controls, signed off the next day with further demonstration of the controls. All at a competitive price with no hidden extras to the original quote. Happy days.

8.75The work seems to be of a good standard. I was a bit disappointed that I had to phone to ask why the plumber was late, though I was assured the work would still be completed on the day. Only having the on toilet, I should have asked for the new toilet to be fitted on a day that it could be the first job as I was told not to use it for a number of hours. Killing time for the day would have been cheaper than a hotel room for the night.
